What is Pathway?
Pathway is Parallel’s platform where teachers and facilitators can easily access and manage their students’ sessions with our providers.
From the calendar view, you can see all upcoming scheduled sessions. When it’s time for a session, simply click on the calendar event to join using our built-in Telehealth tool, allowing for a secure, real-time video connection between the student and provider.
This setup keeps everything in one place, making it simple to view schedules, join sessions, and support your students’ learning needs.
How do I create an account?
Your provider or Customer Success Manager will have created a Pathway account for you using your school email. Once created, you can follow the steps noted here to set up your account. If you have not received an email to set up your account, please reach out to support@parallellearning.com for help!
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by going to Pathway and clicking Forgot password? Type in your email address and check your inbox for an email to reset your password. Please note the link expires in one hour. Once it has expired, you will need to ask to reset your password again. Accessing Sessions
Where can I see my students’ schedule?
You can see your weekly schedule on Pathway by navigating to Calendar at the top of the page. You will also receive daily email summaries of all the sessions scheduled for the day. To learn more about the daily session emails, please visit our Help Center article here!
How do I cancel/reschedule an appointment?
Please reach out to the provider to notify them of any necessary cancellations or rescheduling. For more information on how to manage absences, please view our Help Center article here!
How do I join a session?
You can join a session in different ways:
- On Pathway, navigate to Calendar. Click on the upcoming session you'd like to join and click Join Session
- On the Daily Session Summary that you received in your email associated to your Pathway account, click the corresponding session link
- Go to https://telehealth.parallellearning.com/join and enter the corresponding session code. We suggest bookmarking this link on the students' devices for easy access
What is a session code and where can I find it?
In compliance with HIPAA and FERPA, each session has a unique Telehealth link/URL. The last 5 digits of the session link is your session code. You may see the session code from your Pathway calendar, or the Daily Session Summary you received on your inbox.
NOTE: Session links are valid only on the same day of the appointment.
