This article provides an overview of the setup required to allow students to use Clever SSO to access their Parallel sessions, and how to join sessions using Clever
During services onboarding:
- When sharing student data during services onboarding, please provide your Parallel Customer Success Manager with the students’ email addresses that are associated with their Clever SSO. The Parallel team will then set up Parallel accounts using these email addresses. These email addresses must match the student’s email address that is used for Clever; otherwise, Clever SSO will not be able to grant students access to their Parallel sessions.
- Please connect with Parallel on Clever and set the launch date to at least 1 week before service start.
Joining Sessions using Clever
Option A: Students can log into their student Clever Portal and click the Parallel icon from the student homepage:
Option B: Students can go to app.parallellearning.com and click “Sign in with Clever”
