Incorrect Log In
If you are trying to log in to your Parallel account and receive the error message:
Please check and take note of the information below:
✓ Make sure you are using the email address associated with your Parallel account
✓ Make sure there are no misspellings in your email address or password
✓ Reload the Pathway landing page and try logging in again
If this does not resolve the issue, please click Reset Password to reset your password.
