If your camera or microphone is connected to your computer, and the internet browser’s permissions are configured to allow these devices, but you are still experiencing issues where the other session participants can’t hear or see you, you may have an issue with your devices.
Microphone Issues (other participants can’t hear you)

Make sure you aren't muted
If you’re using a headset, make sure the mute switch on the cord is off. Also, make sure you aren't muted in the Parallel session (the microphone icon at the bottom of the page will appear red if you are muted). Click on the icon to unmute yourself. It will turn blue to indicate that you are un-muted

Check your system settings
Make sure to select the microphone you want to use and that the volume levels are correct. The links below will take you to some common troubleshooting steps and walkthroughs to ensure you've selected the correct microphone for Windows and Macintosh systems:

Restart your call and computer
Sometimes this resets the device connections and resolves issues: Exit and rejoin the video call, and/or restart your computer and rejoin the call.
Camera Issues (other participants can’t see you)

Make sure to select the camera you want to use and that levels are correct. Also, ensure that your browser has permission to access your camera.
