If you are trying to log in to your Parallel account and receive the error message “Email or password entered is incorrect,” please follow the steps below:
✓ Make sure you are using the email address associated with your Parallel account
✓ Make sure there are no misspellings in your email address or password
✓ Reload the Pathway landing page and try logging in again.

How to reset your password in Pathway
To reset your password in Pathway, follow the steps below:
1. Click the Reset Password on Pathway landing page
2. Enter your email address registered in Parallel. Click the Submit button.
3. A Password Reset link will be sent to your email address. If it's not in your inbox, please check your spam and junk folder.
| ⚠ NOTE: The password reset link is only valid for 1 hour. If it has already expired, follow steps 1-3 again to prompt a new password reset link. |
4. On the email, click the Change Password button and set a new password.
What if I don't see the reset password email in my inbox, spam, and junk folder?
If you do not see the reset password email in your Spam/Junk folder or main inbox, please email support@parallellearning.com with the email address that should be associated with your Parallel account and let them know that you’d like to reset your password, so that Parallel Support can ensure that the right email address is associated with your account.
